You might be in the right place if:

  • Your home needs repairs you’d rather not deal with
  • You inherited a property and aren’t sure what to do with it
  • You’re behind on payments or facing foreclosure
  • You’re going through a divorce and need a clean resolution
  • You’re a landlord ready to move on from tenants and maintenance
  • You need to sell on a specific timeline — retirement move, life transition, or something else entirely
  • You just want to skip the traditional listing process

You don’t have to have it all figured out before you call. That’s what the conversation is for.

Most sellers assume the only options are sell cheap to an investor or list with an agent and wait. We built our business around a different idea — you deserve to understand all your options before you decide anything.

Cash offer: If speed, certainty, and simplicity are the priority, a cash offer might be the right fit. We buy as-is — no repairs, no showings, no contingencies. You pick the closing date.

Traditional listing: If maximizing your sale price matters most and you have time to do it right, our licensed agent side can list your home and work the market on your behalf.

Not sure which fits your situation? That’s where most people start. We’ll walk through it with you — no pressure, no pitch.

We call our approach HyRES — Hybrid Real Estate Solutions — because we think you deserve more than one option. Learn more about how HyRES works and what your options actually look like →

Sequim is one of those places most people have heard of but can’t pronounce — it’s “Skwim,” not “See-quim” — and once you’ve spent time there, you understand why it keeps showing up on lists of the best places to retire in the country. Pushed up against the Olympic Mountains with the Strait of Juan de Fuca out front and the Dungeness Spit stretching into the water below, it’s a genuinely beautiful spot. On a clear day you can see Mount Baker standing over the North Cascades to the north and Canada beyond it.

What makes Sequim unusual even by Pacific Northwest standards is the weather. Pilots call the area “The Blue Hole.” While the rest of western Washington deals with rain, Sequim sits in the Olympic rain shadow — the mountains wring the moisture out of incoming storms before they ever reach the valley. The result is about 16-18 inches of rain per year, compared to over 120 inches in Forks just 90 miles to the west. I lived in Sequim for a period of time building pole buildings across the Olympic Peninsula — working as far out as Forks — and I remember standing in my doorway watching clouds form a ring around the city while it stayed dry right where I was standing. That’s a real thing.

The housing market here reflects the community that’s built up around that climate. Large flat lots stretching from the mountain foothills toward the Dungeness River, lavender farms tucked between residential properties, retirement communities alongside older working homes. The bypass highway opened the town up significantly — Sequim now has its own Costco, Home Depot, and the commercial infrastructure that used to require a trip to Silverdale. It’s grown, but it hasn’t lost the character that draws people there in the first place.

We serve Sequim and the surrounding Olympic Peninsula from our Port Orchard office. We’ve done deals in the area, we’ve helped people sell their home, and we even do some of our own rehab projects. We know this market well enough to have a real conversation about your specific situation.

In addition to Sequim, we regularly work with sellers throughout the Olympic Peninsula — including Port Angeles, Port Townsend, Quilcene, Brinnon, and surrounding communities. We serve this area from our Port Orchard office.

What if I’m behind on payments or facing foreclosure?

This is one of the most common situations we work with, and it’s nothing to be embarrassed about. The earlier you reach out, the more options you typically have. A fast cash sale can stop the clock, protect your credit from further damage, and put money in your pocket rather than losing the home to the bank. Call us before you assume it’s too late.

Will you buy my house even if it needs a lot of work?

Yes. We buy as-is. No repairs, no cleaning, no staging required. We make our offer based on the property as it sits today.

How fast can you close?

We can close in as little as 7–14 days in most cases. If you need more time, we can work with your timeline too. Most sellers actually want a little more breathing room — and that’s completely fine.

Is there any obligation when I reach out?

None. A conversation, a cash offer, even just asking questions — it costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. You’re just getting information so you can make a better decision.

Do you work with sellers on the Olympic Peninsula even though you’re based in Port Orchard?

Yes — we serve the Sequim and Port Angeles area regularly and have active projects there. Distance isn’t a barrier. We’ll come to you, and you’re not giving anything up by working with a team that’s based across the water.

No pressure. No obligation. Just an honest conversation about your home, your situation, and what makes sense for you. We know this area, we’re actively working in it, and we’re not going anywhere.
